Tea Studio Assistant

Permanent - 18 hours per week (must be able to work Saturdays) 

Our tea studio is a tranquil space for our customers to explore our products and sit down for a relaxing cup of tea.   Our brand is growing within the luxury hospitality sector and internationally. Are you someone who loves to explore and talk about food and drink, and wants to learn all about tea?

We are looking for a part-time Tea Studio Assistant to help in our Leith Tea Studio. This is a varied role within a growing, dynamic independent business. You will be working in our Tea Studio to serve customers, dispatch mail orders and help develop our customer experience

 Your role will involve:

  • Helping customers choose teas to buy.
  • Serving tea to customers.
  • Packing and dispatching mail orders.
  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Stocking shelves.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen interest in fine food and drink and wants to learn about tea.
  • Loves interacting with customers.
  • Is computer literate and is comfortable learning new software.

Starting Salary: Real Living Wage.

Start Date: January/February 2024.
