Ya Shi Xiang literally means "duck shit aroma'  The tea gets its name from the soil it was planted in.  It was actually named like this to stop thieves from stealing the bushes. Our Dan Cong is award winning and is handmade by the Zhou family in the Phoenix Mountain area of Guangdong province. It has a sweet and creamy aroma and flavour with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. This tea was harvested from trees that are over 100 years old and has been roasted to a medium level over charcoal.
