Jasmine Yin Hao is a top grade jasmine green tea with white tips. This tea is scented using a traditional process which involves layering the tea leaves with jasmine petals. The jasmine blossoms open at dusk, transferring their scent to the tea leaves, and this process is repeated over several nights. High quality jasmine teas such as this one have most of the jasmine blossoms removed, leaving a fresh and fragrant tea.
